Today, the issue of forming a healthy lifestyle among young people is the main direction of modern pedagogical research, and a number of scientific researches are being conducted in this field in our republic and in foreign countries. In recent years, more attention is being paid to national games in the process of educating children in preschool and primary education. It is one of the urgent issues for students not only to be healthy by playing folk games, but also to get acquainted with the ancient traditions of our people.
